The hiring process
Phone screening
This step helps us find out if your professional interests match up with our needs. This process is about 15 minutes long.
Selection interview
This is either in our office or by video if remote and is more of a conversation. It's also a chance for us to evaluate your skills. It's 30 minutes to an hour long.
Job offer
At this point we will present your full compensation package including salary, vacation, health insurance and more. This is the time to ask about pay and benefits.
